A prominent design firm, Dekker/Perich/Sabatini (D/P/S), recently leased 1,750 square feet at Hines’ 24th at Camelback. The transaction is D/P/S’ first location in Phoenix.
The firm, which has served clients in the Southwest for more than 50 years, is an ENR Top 500 design firm and is dedicated to helping build dynamic and sustainable communities. In addition to architecture, D/P/S provides interior design, landscape architecture, planning, and structural engineering services.
“D/P/S is a high-quality tenant that will diversify the types of businesses already located at 24th at Camelback, the premier office and retail area of Phoenix,” said Carol Kleinberg, director – property management for Hines AZ & NM and designated broker for Hines GS Properties.
Major tenants at 24th at Camelback include Greenberg Traurig, Cisco Systems and Cassidy Turley. The Class A office tower is 302,209 square feet.
The mixed-use building, situated on 8.5 acres, is LEED Gold certified and has earned ENERGY STAR certifications for nine years.
Cassidy Turley served as the broker for Hines. D/P/S was not represented by a broker.
