The AZ Real Estate Team, which is led by Michael Williamson, joined Caliber, The Wealth Development Company‘s residential brokerage division, Caliber Realty Group.
The AZ Real Estate Team is locally known as one of the Northeast Valley’s Top Producing residential sales team and the No. 1 sales team for 2014 and 2015 in zip code 85260.
Last year, the team closed over $25 million in transactions. The collaboration between both parties will drive expansion of Caliber’s residential brokerage while leveraging Caliber’s full service real estate capabilities including construction, property management and wealth management investment opportunities.
With this integration, both parties are creating the next generation in real estate ownership and investment. In addition to Williamson, AZ Real Estate Team REALTORS Kristine Kittleson, Beth Spivey and Gabriel Williamson are now associated with Caliber Realty Group.
