Toy Barn, an upscale storage garage facility, is excited to announce that it has broken ground on its eighth Valley location in Dove Valley. Located south of the Carefree Highway on Cave Creek Road, this new Toy Barn community will feature 91 units owners can purchase to store their “toys.”

Toy Barn’s Dove Valley location, on Cave Creek Rd. and Yolantha St., began construction on December of 2024. It is set to open in July of 2026, but interested owners can already begin purchasing their unit. Several units have already been sold! Toy Barn recently opened two other locations in Scottsdale and Chandler in 2024. Units for the new Chandler location are still available for purchase as well.
