Tpac, EnCon United Company’s Southwest precast manufacturing subsidiary, is celebrating 70 years of innovation, craftsmanship, and partnership with a special Open House and Plant Tour on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at its Phoenix manufacturing facility.

The event commemorates seven decades of delivering architectural, structural, and transportation precast solutions while welcoming customers, industry partners, employees, retirees, and members of the community to celebrate the company’s legacy and future.

Founded in 1956 as part of Superior Sand and Gravel Company, Tpac has grown alongside the Southwest’s expanding built environment. Over the past seven decades, the company has evolved from a local precast operation into one of the region’s leading manufacturers of architectural, structural, and transportation precast systems. Throughout its history, Tpac has contributed to many of the Southwest’s most recognizable buildings and infrastructure projects while continually advancing manufacturing capabilities, engineering expertise, and product innovation. Since joining EnCon United Company in 2015, Tpac has expanded its technical resources and market reach while maintaining the regional expertise and customer-focused culture that have defined the company for generations.

The Open House and Plant Tour will be held Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Tpac Plant, 3052 S. 19th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. Guests will enjoy complimentary food and refreshments, guided plant tours, networking opportunities, games, and prizes while learning more about Tpac’s manufacturing capabilities and the projects that have helped shape the Southwest over the past 70 years.
