“Elliot Gateway marks our team’s first project in the City of Mesa. The Phoenix Mesa Gateway submarket has seen an influx of homebuilding activity recently as the metro continues to expand out towards the Southeast. This expansion has ultimately driven up demand for high-end industrial space, which is needed to accommodate a variety of large industrial users looking to expand their footprint to this area to meet the growing consumer base,” said Ryan Norris, Vice President at Trammell Crow Company Phoenix. “The site of the project benefits from great freeway frontage – which offers tenants coveted visibility – as well as direct access off of the full diamond interchange at Elliot Road and the Loop 202.”
Leasing and marketing will be handled by the CBRE team of Evan Koplan and Serena Wedlich.
Located at 9020 East Elliot Road, Elliot Gateway is situated on a 40.5-acre site in the center of the Elliot Technology Corridor, a key demand driver and growing technological center point of the Southeast Valley. The site is 10 minutes from the Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport and 25 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
