Velocity Retail Group LLC promoted Michael Clark to senior vice president. With nearly 18 years of experience working with prominent national clients, Clark built a track record negotiating transactions for investment properties while also representing landlord’s and tenant’s.
Over the past decade Clark has worked with national shopping center owners such as NorthStar Realty Finance Corp., Evergreen Devco, Kornwasser Shopping Center Properties, Suncor Development, Armstrong Development, Accelerated Development Services and RED Development.
“His leadership and work ethic are a strong blend that Michael uses to the benefit of our clients,” said Velocity’s President Dave Cheatham. “Michael has exemplified quality customer service and has been a great asset to our company and clients at Velocity Retail over the past decade.”
During his career, Clark handled big box asset disposition and leasing for owner/developer clients in power centers and neighborhood shopping centers.
On behalf of his clients, he has successfully negotiated transactions with top retailers and aided in the Arizona market entry for CVS, and worked on dozens of Mattress Firm stores during the past several years.
Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, Whataburger, Rubio’s, Carl’s Jr., and Del Taco are other retailers he has worked with to develop their market expansion in Arizona.
