The recent ribbon cutting marked the culmination of a major milestone for one of Arizona’s most prominent companies. WillScot is ranked among Arizona’s largest public companies and is North America’s largest and most trusted provider of temporary space solutions.
WillScot has been powering progress for more than 80 years, delivering everything from modular offices to storage containers that keep job sites, businesses, and communities moving. Its lease for the new headquarters underscores the company’s ongoing growth and investment in the region.
Built within an occupied Class A office building, the new headquarters at 6400 E. McDowell Road, in Scottsdale, blends high-end design with advanced functionality, featuring custom Felt and Tile finishes, a relocated generator, and a variety of dynamic workspaces that support innovation and connection with WillScot’s branch network across North America.
Highlights of the new space include an outdoor balcony and private patio, a spacious kitchen and break area, open and private offices, and a state-of-the-art conference center. Employees also enjoy access to shared building amenities such as a rooftop terrace, fitness center, welcoming lobby, and landscaped outdoor spaces.
