Home sales continue at a strong pace in Arizona’s fastest selling community and this month Eastmark celebrated 1,000 home sales since opening in 2013.

By the end of 2015, Eastmark earned a top spot in two of the nation’s real estate reports, RCLCO and John Burns Real Estate Consulting, ranking number seven and eight among the top selling masterplanned communities in the United States.

Eastmark is the top selling master planned community in Arizona.

“Homebuyers have responded to Eastmark’s lifestyle and incredible amenities. The Eastmark story goes beyond the 80 floorplans offered, there’s a sense of community that’s authentic, fun and it’s adding meaning and connections to the lives of our residents,” said Garilyn Bourgeois, director of marketing for Eastmark.  “From the very beginning, we’ve shared this vision for building a 21st century destination where there’s an unparalleled lifestyle experience and it’s getting better as the community grows.”

The first two residential phases in Eastmark are nearly complete and many of the seven builders in phase one are already sold out.

Today, nine homebuilders are in active development at Eastmark.  Newer phases include an active adult community, Encore by AV Homes, and the first gated neighborhood by Meritage Homes, Innovation Park at Eastmark.

The community boasts more than 25 neighborhood parks, and the Eastmark Great Park continues to grow with a public splash pad and the Orange Monster, a popular climbing park.

Two high quality schools, BASIS Mesa and Sequoia Pathfinder Academy at Eastmark, are centered in the heart of the Eastmark Great Park, connected to the neighborhoods in the first phases of the 3,200-acre community.

The vision for Eastmark as a major economic core for Phoenix’s East Valley is already coming to fruition.  Apple’s Arizona Global Operations Center resides at Eastmark and DMB’s team is working with City officials and economic development leaders to bring more high-quality jobs to the area.

Eastmark sits at the heart of the region’s transportation system, including the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, with direct connection to employment, schools and parks.
