PHX East Valley, a national initiative led by the East Valley Partnership to improve business and quality of life in the East Valley region of Greater Phoenix, is offering an economic forum at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3 at Marriott Phoenix Mesa, 200 N. Centennial Way.

Attendees of the economic forum event will learn about recent business successes and projected growth in East Valley cities including Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and Apache Junction through an economic forecast from regional chief investment officer for the Southwest region of Wells Fargo Private Bank, Sean McCarthy. As the keynote speaker, he will also address the East Valley’s unique business setting, its robust infrastructure, targeted industries, economic trends and local entitlements and creative partnerships that entice business relocation.

The 2015 Lifetime Achievement Excel Award will also be presented by East Valley Partnership and Cox Communications. After 13 years of serving as East Valley Partnership President and CEO, Roc Arnett will be honored with the Dwight Patterson Lifetime Achievement Award. Arnett announced his retirement earlier this year.

The Dec. 3 PHX East Valley economic forum is open to the public. Individual registration is $100 for East Valley Partnership members and $125 for non-members. Table reservations can be made for $1,000 for members and $1,250 for non-members.
