Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West law firm, announced Stephanie Tribe, an attorney in the firm’s Phoenix office, has been elected to the Children’s Museum of Phoenix Board of Directors. She replaces Susan Wissink, chair of the firm’s business and finance practice group, who previously served as a board member for nine years.

Tribe focuses her practice in estate planning, taxation, and probate. She works with clients to prepare comprehensive estate plans, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, premarital agreements, and related documents. Tribe earned her J.D. from the University of Utah and her B.A. from Brigham Young University. She has been listed Southwest Rising Stars® since 2012.

 

Wissink chairs the firm’s business and finance practice and practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, general corporate law and commercial real estate. She has represented both buyers and sellers in numerous complex transactions, including asset and stock based acquisitions and sales, mergers and other business reorganizations. Wissink earned her J.D. from Arizona State University and her B.A. from Northwestern University. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, and Southwest Super Lawyers.
