Newmark Grubb Knight Frank negotiated the sale of an industrial building totaling 11,000 square feet at 665 E. Morelos in Chandler, Ariz.
Managing Directors Rob Stephens and Dean Busk and Associate Director, Tricia Gumulka, all with NGKF’s Phoenix office, represented the seller, HRM Development Company in the sale transaction. The 11,000 square foot freestanding industrial property with a yard sold for $1.1 million and is conveniently located just north of the Loop 202 and Arizona Avenue. The buyer, Go2 Logistics, LLC was represented by Jon Hammond at KW Commercial.
