Orb Health moves into Monroe Building with expansion plans

A new Phoenix-based health IT startup has joined the mix of technology firms and startup companies that call Downtown Phoenix’s 111 Monroe Building “home.” Orb Health is one of the fastest growing disruptive healthcare technology companies in the industry and will open a new 6,000 square ft headquarters in the building with plans to double its workforce over the next year.

“Orb Health is one of the Valley’s standout local startups, and we couldn’t be more pleased that they have chosen the Monroe Building for their new HQ,” said Tim O’Neil, a partner with the Monroe Building. “They are advancing consumer-oriented health and wellness technology, and we are excited to see them prosper.”

Orb Health provides a turnkey solution and service that more deeply connects providers and patients in order to produce better care outcomes while maximizing chronic care management revenue opportunities. Its fully compliant, cloud-based technology optimizes clinical workflow by integrating EMRs, real time data from wearable fitness and healthcare trackers, proprietary patient engagement tools, deep healthcare information, and more to deliver a higher standard of collaborative care.

Orb Health supports this platform with a full service component to manage patient on-boarding and care calls. All care team and patient engagement activities are tracked using up-to-date chronic care management CPT codes to maximize provider reimbursement opportunities.

The company recently raised $3.2M in funding, and plans to direct it towards expanding and accelerating growth of its collaborative care platform for physician-owned practices and large health systems.

Orb Health chose the Monroe Building for its culture of technology and entrepreneurship, along with the practical convenience and connectivity it offers in the CBD.

“I’ve been in the Valley for most of my career and am excited that Phoenix will be headquarters for our national expansion,” said Paul Oran, CEO and co-founder of Orb Health. “There is a great energy among the tenants of the Monroe Building that aligns with our company culture and values, and the space provides us with the room we need to grow.”
