HR Company Store, a valley based tech startup has been named by Recruiter.com as one of the Top 10 HR Tech Startups. HR Company Store is a one-of-a-kind website that allows HR professionals the opportunity to find vendor partners all in one place, learn about what services or products are offered and see how other HR professionals rate their experience.

According to Recruiter.com an HR tech startup is, “all about technologically driven solutions to human resources problems.”

“I wanted to bring the same level of purchasing transparency and insight to HR that exists in our everyday lives,” said Founder Laurie Brednich on what her startup is all about. “We are the same people who use Angie’s list to find a contractor or Yelp to decide which restaurant we want to eat breakfast or dinner, why not leverage the knowledge of our vast HR community to decide which products and services to buy for our employees and our businesses?”

Brednichn has served many publicly traded and high profile organizations, including  American Standard, National Basketball Association, Pinnacle Foods Group (manufacturer of Duncan Hines, Vlasic, and many other iconic foods brands), GoDaddy and most recently Sprouts Farmers Market.

Brednich was looking for an all encompassing solution to aid her HR Business partners and found herself sampling nearly every HR technology solution that was available on the market.  Only to come to the conclusion that she would need to actually create the solution she was envisioning for her industry. So, in 2015 Brednich started HR Company Store after being frustrated with the lack of vendor transparency in the HR industry.

HR Company Store has embraced and built its business in HR tech and is experiencing over 60 percent funding growth in just the past year, as reported by CB Insights.com.

This foresight has enabled this flourishing new company to make a huge splash in the quickly growing HR tech startup space.  “HR Company Store is a smart idea because it takes the guess work out of finding the perfect vendor partner,” says Brednich.
