National law firm Polsinelli added John Craiger as a shareholder to its Phoenix office. A litigator with extensive loan enforcement experience, Craiger will be joining Polsinelli’s creditor’s rights practice which is one of the largest in the nation.

“Joining Polsinelli’s national platform and being able to work with attorneys from New York to Los Angeles will help me achieve the business objectives of my banking and lending clients in expanded ways,” said Craiger. “The firm’s experience in state courts, federal courts and bankruptcy courts in more than 40 states will be an additional asset to my practice.”

Craiger is known for immersing himself in the business objectives of his clients and ensuring that the legal counsel he provides is relevant and impactful in the context of their priorities. He represents private and public clients in federal and state court on breach of contract, trade secret and RICO claims and works with numerous corporate banking clients and lenders in the enforcement of loan documents and defense of lender liability lawsuits.

In addition to loan enforcement workouts and litigation, Craiger also handles numerous judicial and non-judicial foreclosures of real property liens and personal property security interests, the placement and representation of receivers, as well as all aspects of business and commercial litigation.

Craiger is the third in a series of recent moves by shareholders leaving large national and international firms to join Polsinelli’s Phoenix office in the past two months. The firm has risen more than 50 spots over the past five years in the Am Law 100 annual law firm ranking.

As a community member, Craiger volunteers his time serving on the Fiesta Bowl Committee. For the past several years, he has been recognized in Southwest Super Lawyers in the category of banking. Craiger earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Iowa.
