September Leasing and Sales Transactions From Sperry Van Ness 

RETAIL LEASES: 

Michael Franks and Michael Gaida represented Wink’s Smoke Shop to lease 1,020 SF at Tapanema Plaza at 6740 E. University Drive in Mesa. Franks and Gaida also represented the landlord.

Greg Vanlerberghe and Erin Schrauth represented both the landlord and tenant at Camp Verde Outpost Mall to lease 2,088 SF to Camp Verde Eye Care.

The Tilted Mirror clothing boutique leased 1,400 SF at Gilbert Fiesta II. The property is located on Williams Field Road in Gilbert. Greg Vanlerberghe and Erin Schrauth represented the landlord. Darlene Saunders represented the tenant.

OFFICE LEASES: 

Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg represented the landlord at Ventura Gateway to lease 2,984 SF to Alert GPS Holdings, Inc. The tenant was represented by Tanner Milne of Menlog CRE.

SALE TRANSACTIONS: 

Justin Horwitz represented the landlord at Warner Plaza to sell a 1,366 SF Condo to C&R Investment Group, LLC. The beautiful project is located at 690 E. Warner Road in Gilbert, AZ. The unit sold for $116,110.00 and closed on 9/3/2013.

Neil Sherman and Danny Lee negotiated the sale of Belle Verde Apartments at 3030 N. 35th Avenue in Phoenix. Bella Verde closed at a sales price of $4,400,000, or $24,309 per unit. Sherman and Lee represented the seller, Sans Souci Apartments, LLKP. The Buyer was represented by Pete TeKampe of Marcus and Millichap.

Neil Sherman represented the seller, Sina east, LLC, in the $2,000,000 sale of a 4.76 acre parcel of land located at the SWC of McDowell Mountain Ranch and Thompson Peak Parkway. Lance Umble represented the buyer, Capital Services, LLC.
