Sushi Brokers expanded beyond Phoenix and Scottsdale with a new location in Gilbert at the Heritage Marketplace development.
The $1 million restaurant facility takes up 3,564 square feet of the Heritage Marketplace, near Gilbert Road and Vaughn Avenue.
The 200-seat restaurant has an open-air concept and has Pennsylvania barn wood from 1870 adorning the walls to a striking, stainless steel back bar, the new restaurant boasts sleek surfaces, clean lines and all the fixings needed to create a comfortable, welcoming neighborhood meeting place.
LGE Design Build developed the Sushi Brokers Gilbert location.
Sushi Brokers’ all-natural menu boasts an array of vegetarian, chicken and beef options in addition to its abundance of fresh fish. Yakisoba and Wok Bowls are among the eatery’s meat-free menu items, while top sushi choices include Toro, Citrus Yellowtail and Tuna and Salmon Poke, among other traditional and inventive takes.
“The Sushi Brokers team has created a great dining environment for the people of Gilbert,” said LGE Design Build President and CEO David Sellers, of the company’s contribution to the project. “We are honored to have been a part of the Sushi Brokers project, and we hope to partner with the team there again in the future.”
Given Sushi Brokers’ continued expansion strategy, that chance may come sooner than later. The eatery has several other restaurant concepts currently in the works, and the team also plans to open two additional Sushi Brokers locations over the next several years.
