The Chinese New Year started Monday, ringing in the year of the monkey, and P.F. Chang’s is celebrating with a new Chinese New Year menu while donating up to a $100,000 for Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

For the rest of the month anytime someone orders off of P.F. Chang’s Chinese New year Menu, featuring handmade butternut squash dumplings, long life noodle and prawns and much more, P.F. Chang’s will donate $1 to Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

P.F. Chang’s will also donate $1 to Boys & Girls Clubs of America when someone uses the hashtag, #PFChangsWish, on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

The complete Chinese New Year menu includes:

Handmade Butternut Squash Dumplings, a savory appetizer resting in umami butter sauce. This delicious treat melts in the mouth, and will leave any dumpling fan happy.

Long Life Noodles & Prawns, a variation of its Salt & Pepper Prawns, this wok-made dish with noodles tastes like heaven as the chili peppers, black beans and scallions pop and surprise you with every bite.

Hong Kong Style Sea Bass, is a delicious and healthy treat that tastes fresh while still leaving you satisfied. This dish is steamed and seasoned with fresh ginger, and it’s served with mushrooms, asparagus and grape tomatoes.

Sichuan Chili-Garlic Chicken, a tasty dish with a kick, is lightly crisped and thinly sliced chicken served with a chili-garlic glaze, scallions and bean sprouts.

Monkey Mule, which has Monkey Shoulder whisky mixed in with the restaurant’s house-made ginger beer. Peach syrup is added in and it’s garnished with an orange twist.

Mandarin Cake, is a light fluffy piece of cake infused with a creamy vanilla sauce, topped with mint and fresh orange slices.

While the restaurant donates funds to Boys & Girls Clubs of America, P.F. Chang’s will also randomly select those using its hashtag to grant customer wishes during February.
