Cox Media expands Arizona team

Cox Media announced Jill Krigsten Riley as the company’s newest media consultant. Riley brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge in sales from her nearly three decades in media sales, which included work at KPNX Channel 12 and KNXV Channel 15, and years in radio sales.

“We are so happy to welcome Jill to our Arizona team,” said Fran Mallace, vice president of Cox Media. “Her impressive experience in sales in the local Arizona media market will be an excellent addition to the Cox Media team.”

Skanska adds project manager

Skanska, one of the world’s leading construction and development firms, announced Mark Rummel has joined its Arizona team as a project manager. 

He has been with Skanska for nine years and is also a mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) specialist. He transferred in from Skanska’s Rockville, Maryland office, which provides building construction services in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

WHPDA names new real estate leasing manager

The Wild Horse Pass Development Authority (WHPDA) has named Lisa Gonzales as its Real Estate Leasing Manager.

Gonzales will be responsible for leading WHPDA’s efforts to lease lands within the Wild Horse Pass Development area, which totals more than 3,000 acres. She will advise WHPDA regarding the establishment of competitive target lease rates and leasing strategies based on comparable economic and demographic data.

Colliers International adds SVP

John C. Smeck III has been named Senior Vice President | Mortgage Advisory at Colliers International in Greater Phoenix.

In his new role, Smeck will initially create a fully integrated debt and equity platform for the Arizona operations.  He then will assist in the company’s national effort to roll out the program throughout the United States as leader in the West.

“Colliers International offers a robust collection of service groups here in Arizona and we are excited to now be adding debt and equity assistance to our clients ranging from investors in the brokerage division to landlords in our property management area,” said Bob Mulhern, senior managing director of Colliers International in Greater Phoenix.  “John’s expertise in mortgage banking will be a fabulous asset to our program both here and in other cities.”
