Market Street Kitchen, a neighborhood-style restaurant located in Market Street at DC Ranch in North Scottsdale, recently announced the addition Chef Emilio Badalamenti to the management team.

Market Street Kitchen will continue to feature Wood-Fired Rotisserie Chicken, Duck, Prime Rib and fresh seafood, while introducing new menu additions such as Dr. Pepper braised short ribs, baby back pork ribs and signature pastas, all under the direction of General Manager, Matt Keeler and Chef Emilio.

“I am excited to build on Market Street Kitchen’s reputation for serving fresh fish and traditional American dishes,” said Chef Emilio. “I plan to bring new menu items that reinvigorate our regulars while introducing MSK to new guests and retaining the charm of a neighborhood restaurant. Market Street Kitchen is the perfect place for me to add creative flair to comfort American classics.”

Chef Emilio brings to the Scottsdale restaurant an extensive culinary background refined while working in New York City at the Mercer Kitchen. Coming from a family in the restaurant business, his talent and skills led him back to Scottsdale to head up Stone & Vine as the Executive Chef prior to joining Market Street Kitchen

The new lunch menu will debut the first week of October. In keeping with the goal of serving fare that appeals to differing tastes, the lunch menu will feature sandwiches and salads consisting of ingredients from the wood fired rotisserie. Many light, health conscious items will be available to round out the lunch offerings. Much of the dinner menu will remain the same, including the signature fish and crudo offerings every night. Other weekly specials include the happy hour and bar menus, Rotisserie Whole Beast Wednesday, Prime Rib Friday and Saturday and Family Style Chicken and Ribs dinner every Sunday.

Market Street Kitchen was designed for the DC Ranch, Grayhawk, Silverleaf and other surrounding communities to create the neighborhood feel. Sunday brunch, marries traditional breakfast offerings with surprising twists like Brioche French toast, and MSK Eggs Benny with tobasco hollandaise and prosciutto. Bottomless Bloody Marys and Mimosas are served with each brunch menu offering.
