Courtney graduated from the Art Institute of Phoenix, and has been with the company since 2004. She started doing graphic design in her parent's t-shirt shop when she was a kid, designing logos for people and silk screening. Courtney likes to go hiking with her dog Moscow and spend time in downtown Phoenix.
