2022 RED Awards

The Real Estate and Development (RED) Awards — which are considered the Academy Awards of Arizona’s commercial real estate industry — honor the year’s top architects, contractors, developers and projects. We had over 100 projects to consider and we’ll celebrate all finalists at an in-person awards event on Thursday, March 10.
The 2022 RED Awards dinner will be held 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort’s Chaparral Conference Center at 5001 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85250. Attire is business.
Az Big Media will have a company on-site at this event that will provide voluntary rapid COVID-19 testing. THIS IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR ATTENDANCE.
AZ Big Media recommends event attendees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have received a negative COVID-19 test within the 72 hours prior to attending in-person events, BUT IT IS NOT REQUIRED.
Additionally, we ask that all event attendees follow safety protocols based on CDC and local guidance at live events. AZ Big Media will have supplemental safety protocols in place for additional measure, such as hand sanitizing stations, available face masks and social distancing. Our staff will not be in attendance if they have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to anyone who has COVID-19 within the past 14 days and expect all event attendees to do the same. You acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved with attending an event during the COVID-19 pandemic and acknowledge that you are choosing to do so on your own accord. Furthermore, you agree to waive and release Az Big Media from liability for any claim, including any claim related to COVID-19.
