The Real Estate Development (RED) Awards — which are considered the Academy Awards of Arizona’s commercial real estate industry — honor the year’s top architects, contractors, developers and projects. Deadline for nominations is midnight on Dec. 21, 2024. We will celebrate all finalists at an in-person awards event 5:00-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2025.

    Feel free to include the most significant and relevant information at it relates to the project’s construction, architecture, amenities, features, impact on the community/region, anchor tenants, energy efficiencies and/or any challenges that had to be overcome, etc. Please limit response to 1,000 words.

    Nominations must include digital photos of completed project (minimum 5 photos) uploaded as a .zip. Photos must accompany nomination form and can be submitted via dropbox, Via WeTransfer https://azbigmedia.wetransfer.com (preferred) or on CD/DVD by nomination deadline. Photos must be labeled with the project name.
