Handcrafted by Vandelay Hospitality CEO Hunter Pond and designed in collaboration with architecture firm DXU, Drake’s Hollywood blends the golden-era glamour of 1930s–1940s New York and Los Angeles with a modern, high-energy dining experience. From the circular bar surrounded by vintage-inspired murals to walls adorned with hand-painted portraits of classic Hollywood icons, every design detail is intended to transport guests to another era. The new location offers a classic, valet-only arrival experience, as well as two fully private dining rooms for intimate gatherings and celebrations.

“Scottsdale is the perfect stage for our next chapter,” said Matt McClain, Director of Real Estate for Vandalay Hospitality Group. “This city’s energy, style, and culinary scene make it a natural fit for Drake’s. We’re excited to introduce our take on elevated American dining, where every night feels like a special occasion.”

The Scottsdale menu will spotlight Drake’s most celebrated dishes, from chilled starters like steak tartare, spicy tuna crispy rice, and ahi pressed sushi, to indulgent warm plates such as lobster escargot, jumbo lump crab cake, and the brand-famous cauliflower dynamite. House specialties include the signature Pasta Za Za, Milo’s lobster pasta, parmesan-crusted snapper, and honey truffle chicken, alongside a world-class steak program featuring USDA Prime cuts, dry-aged ribeye, and luxurious A5 Japanese Wagyu finished with white truffle butter. Guests can also share inventive cracker-crust pizzas, crisp wedge or little gem salads, and decadent sides like lobster mac and cheese. Dessert is a celebration in itself, with the towering 24-layer strawberry cake as its showpiece.
