A unique business has taken hold in the Valley that meets the needs of residents in a special way. The Toy Barn offers high-end, luxury storage where boats, hot rods, classic cars, RVs aka your “toys” can be stored. Facilitated by this new partnership, the companies have announced plans to build additional Toy Barn communities in the East Valley and North Phoenix enabled by Brycon Construction.
“We are excited to be able to offer these two areas unique options for storage,” said Jason Phillips co-owner and founder of The Toy Barn. “We know partnering with Brycon is going to help produce top-quality construction and keep us on track for opening next fall.”
The Chandler Toy Barn located at 2165 S. Douglas drive broke ground in December. The location’s three buildings will include 66 units ranging from 1,000 square-feet to 3,000 square-feet providing owners ample opportunity to store their vehicles and customize their units.
The second new facility, located at 31606 N Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix, will consist of 59 units covering 66,000 square feet. This location will offer floor plans ranging from 1,200 to 3,000 square feet. This location will also offer covered parking options for purchase.
All luxury storage units feature minimum 18-foot ceilings, heavy-duty garage doors and standard entry and exit doors. Units are also equipped to be climate controlled, have Wi-Fi capabilities, plumbing, and opportunities for personalization such as added lofted space, built in kitchens, bathrooms or unique paint colors.
Each Toy Barn has a beautifully designed clubhouse with lounge seating, kitchen space and communal gathering areas for socializing or private events helping to promote bonding the community.
Toy Barn units are privately owned similar to a condominium and governed by CC & R’s and an owner’s association. Prices range from $185,000 to $570,000.
The first Toy Barn opened 10 years ago to meet demand from downsizing homeowners or people who could use more space for their “toys.” The company has three locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix. For more information visit toybarnstorage.com .
