“ASU and W. P. Carey continue to show every day that access and excellence can go hand in hand,” said Ohad Kadan, Charles J. Robel Dean and W. P. Carey Distinguished Professor of Business. “As the largest business school in the country, we’re proud to provide our students with highly ranked, rigorous programs taught by leading faculty who are shaping the future of business — and to now be recognized among the nation’s top 25 overall.”

The undergraduate programs excelled across these subject area rankings:

  • No. 2, supply chain management/logistics
  • No. 11, analytics
  • No. 11, management information systems
  • No. 11, production/operations management
  • No. 13, management
  • No. 16, accounting
  • No. 23, entrepreneurship
  • No. 24, finance
  • No. 25, international business
  • No. 25, marketing

This year, marketing made a significant eight-spot jump into the top 25, while entrepreneurship also advanced three places to join the top 25.

In spring and early summer, U.S. News asked deans and senior faculty members at undergraduate business programs accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business to rate the quality of all programs. Average peer assessment scores were used to calculate the rankings.

“It’s an honor to be recognized among so many outstanding programs,” said Michele Pfund, senior associate dean of education at W. P. Carey. “Our focus is on providing every undergraduate student with a world-class education that prepares them to succeed and make meaningful contributions to their careers, families, and communities.”
