MyEListing analyzed the cities that have experienced the most remarkable income gains in percentage terms, all measured against the overall U.S. economy’s growth rate per household. Here is what we found in Arizona:

  • Ranked 16th, Buckeye had a 54.9% increase in household income, exceeding average GDP growth per household by $21,156;
  • Ranked 21st, Surprise, 54% income growth, exceeding average GDP by $21,375;
  • Ranked 40th, San Tan Valley, 42.2% income growth, exceeding GDP by $13,825.
