Crisp named regional president for Enterprise Bank
Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp., announced the promotion of Brian Crisp to Regional President, covering Enterprise’s Arizona and New Mexico markets.

With more than two decades of industry experience, Crisp’s leadership has propelled his team of commercial bankers to new milestones, including growing the bank’s Phoenix loan portfolio to nearly $1 billion for the first time in 2024. His proven successes in his previous role as Regional President, Arizona, led to the promotion, expanding his responsibilities to include managing Enterprise’s operations in Albuquerque.
This new role includes Crisp overseeing all aspects of operations while facilitating the bank’s local growth to meet existing and prospective clients’ diverse financial services needs. With the addition of new direct reports in both Arizona and Albuquerque, his leadership responsibilities have expanded to help foster the development and long-term objectives of his teams.
“I’m honored to serve as Regional President and to continue expanding Enterprise’s commercial banking and lending footprint across the region,” Crisp said. “With the support of exceptional teams in each of our markets, I look forward to achieving further growth and financial success with our clients.”
To help expand resources and manage growth, Enterprise has also named Jeff Friesen to the new role of President, West Region. He remains headquartered in Phoenix and will continue to be involved with local operations in coordination with Crisp. To support ongoing expansion across the region, the bank has combined the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, California markets with Albuquerque and Arizona — all now under Friesen’s direction.
“Brian is a widely recognized banking leader with a well-established portfolio. I’m eager to continue our collaboration in Arizona as we foster growth in Albuquerque,” Friesen said.
