Legacy Linen names industry expert to lead Valley facility
Legacy Linen opened in June dedicated to delivering exceptional laundry services to businesses across various industries. The leading customer-owned goods (COG) commercial laundry firm is proud to announce it has hired industry veteran Joe Rossiello as its General Manager.
Owned and operated by Phoenix-based Susank Capital (Principals Dave Susank and Nick Rawlins), Legacy Linen operates a state-of-the-art facility at 1857 W. Southern Ave., in, Phoenix. Legacy Linen offers commercial laundry services and totals 25 skilled employees.

Rossiello has served as a production manager in Sacramento, California; El Paso, Texas; and Phoenix. He comes to Legacy Linen after eight years as operations manager of a national commercial firm overseeing eight linen plants producing more than 400 million pounds of linen a year.
Alexandra M. Arboleda joins Gammage & Burnham
Gammage & Burnham announced that Alexandra M. Arboleda has joined the firm as a member, where she will focus her practice on water and natural resources law. She has extensive experience working on general stream adjudications, groundwater management, and Colorado River issues representing a variety of municipalities, utilities, real estate developers, golf courses, irrigation districts, farmers, and ranchers. Her knowledge of water law and policy has allowed her to develop innovative solutions to secure reliable and resilient water supplies for her clients.
Additionally, she is an elected member of the Central Arizona Water Conservation District Board of Directors. She was elected in 2016 to serve on the Board and re-elected to serve a second six-year term in 2022. Alexandra currently serves as Vice President of the Board and Chair of the Finance, Audit, and Power Committee. She previously served as Secretary of the Board, Chair of the Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District Committee, and as Commissioner on the Arizona Water Banking Authority. Also, Alexandra regularly gives presentations and writes about western water issues.
Alexandra was selected as a Flinn-Brown Fellow and attended the Arizona Center for Civic Leadership Academy in 2018. She also completed six courses on moral leadership, decision-making, and policy-making to earn the Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School in 2022.
Alexandra was born in Iowa and raised in New York, Germany, and Arizona. She attended Stanford University, graduating with a B.A. in political science in 1991. During college, Alexandra lived and studied in Santiago, Chile, and upon graduation, she taught second grade in Honduras. She attended the University of Arizona, College of Law, graduating with a J.D. in 1995.
Western Retail Advisors expands brokerage team
Phoenix-based retail specialist Western Retail Advisors (WRA) has expanded its Phoenix brokerage team, adding industry veteran Darrell Deshaw as Vice President and Rachel Bliss as Senior Associate.
Deshaw brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience spanning over $400 million in nationwide investment sales and acquisitions for developers, investors and national franchise tenants. He also enjoys a track record of site selection, land and lease transactions, including the representation of national Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) operators seeking high-value locations in emerging metro Phoenix submarkets.
As Senior Associate, Bliss specializes in site selection, market expansion planning, relocation strategies and lease negotiations for regional and national tenants and landlords. Currently, she represents 7Brew, Fleet Feet, The Ballpark, Tillys and Zoom Room.

Bliss joins WRA from Equity Retail Brokers, a highly regarded Philadelphia-based brokerage firm, where she covered retail markets in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University. She is an active member of ICSC, NAIOP and Urban Land Institute.
