OneAZ Credit Union announced that Chris Flores is joining Team OneAZ as the new EVP Chief People and Culture Officer. This marks an exciting new chapter in OneAZ’s journey to build a purpose-driven culture that revolves around its collective values and aspirations.

She joins OneAZ from Logix Federal Credit Union in Southern California; a $10 billion institution that serves 250,000 members.

Haydon promotes Skyler Roussel to director of business development

Haydon, a leading full-service general contractor serving the Southwest for over three decades, has appointed Skyler Roussel as Director of Business Development. Roussel, who joined Haydon in 2018 and previously served as project director, brings a deep-rooted passion for construction and community impact to his new role.

Coming from a large family of nine children, Roussel’s early experience in framing houses ignited his passion for hands-on work and community impact. He sees civil and commercial contracting as foundational to community development, providing essential infrastructure like water, sewer, gas, roads and buildings.

“At an early age, I found purpose in carpentry, knowing it contributed to creating homes for families,” Roussel reflected. “I wanted to be part of something even more impactful. Construction, often unseen by many, profoundly impacts millions daily.”

Televerde names long-standing leader Vince Barsolo as CEO

Televerde, a global revenue creation partner supporting marketing, sales, and customer success for B2B businesses worldwide, today announced Vince Barsolo’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer following Chris McGugan’s departure. This leadership transition is effective immediately.

Barsolo, a seasoned executive with an unwavering commitment to Televerde’s mission and business model, has been an integral part of the company’s journey since 1997 when he joined as a call center supervisor. Through his dedication, humility, and leadership, he has grown through the ranks to become Chief Operating Officer. His extensive experience and instrumental role in driving Televerde’s expansion, including international growth into Scotland and Argentina and the extension of the business model to three prisons in Indiana and one in Florida, have significantly influenced the strategic direction and expansion of the company.

Jason Fial named partner at Wilde Wealth Management Group

Wilde Wealth Management Group announced Jason Fial has been named a partner and joined into the ownership group at the award-winning firm. In his new role, Fial will continue to work with clients on all of their financial planning needs, ranging from retirement planning, debt planning and tax planning to estate planning and asset protection as well as work with the leadership team to continue the strategic growth of the firm, talent acquisition and retention, and mentorship.

Prior to joining Wilde Wealth, he was a financial representative for Country Financial for nearly 15 years and earned his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. 

Within the community, Fial has been active with Wilde for Arizona since joining the firm, including making personal donations to Arizona Tuition Connection (ATC) to support its scholarship fund to help low-income students to attend Notre Dame Preparatory Academy. Fial and his wife live in Phoenix and are busy parents to four sons.
