Suntec Concrete hires industry veteran Kevin Neill as CFO

 Suntec Concrete, one of the nation’s largest concrete subcontractors, has hired Kevin Neill as Chief Financial Officer. With over 30 years of experience in construction and engineering finance, Neill is charged with directing the firm’s fiscal strategy and reinforcing its stability as Suntec continues a trajectory of growth and expansion in markets across the West.

Neill joins Suntec following 12 years as CFO/Treasurer of utility infrastructure services company Centuri Group, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth from $600 million to $3 billion in revenue.

C-Path announces new vice president of strategic relationships

Critical Path Institute® (C-Path) today announced the appointment of Jennifer Kendra as the new Vice President of Strategic Relationships.

With a robust career spanning over two decades in strategic planning, partnership development, and executive leadership, Kendra is uniquely positioned to guide C-Path in its work to broaden collaborative initiatives, maximize resources, and further execute the Institute’s mission. Her proven expertise in exceeding organizational goals and fostering enduring partnerships will play a critical role in the expansion of C-Path’s leadership in drug development.

In her new role, Kendra will direct the Office of Development and be responsible for philanthropic and corporate fundraising, enhancing strategic partnerships, and overseeing major giving initiatives. She will identify and cultivate new collaborative opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing partners, and spearhead new partnerships designed to enhance C-Path’s impact on accelerating drug development. Her strategic vision will be focused on maximizing the potential of C-Path’s collaborations to facilitate innovations that can significantly advance patient care.

Colliers welcomes return of valuation veteran

Colliers announced that Gavin McPhie has rejoined the firm as Executive Managing Director for Valuation & Advisory Services in the Mountain States. Based in Phoenix, Gavin will oversee operations across Arizona, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and southern Nevada, further strengthening Colliers’ presence in the region.

With a career spanning over 23 years, Gavin brings a wealth of experience and leadership to his new role. His responsibilities will include driving business development and fostering revenue growth, spearheading recruitment and retention efforts, and collaborating with executive leadership to shape and execute the strategic vision for Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services.

Gavin returns to Colliers after serving as Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Southwest Region, where he oversaw operations in Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico for over seven years. Prior to Newmark, he held the role of Managing Director at CBRE in Phoenix, where he managed offices in Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada.

Chadi Majed joins Wilde Wealth Management Group

Arizona Latino Caucus elects new leadership for 2025-26

The Arizona Latino Legislative Caucus has re-elected Representative Lydia Hernandez and elected Senator Catherine Miranda, both of Phoenix, as Co-Chairs for the 57th Legislature. Rep. Hernandez will chair the Caucus in 2025, and Senator Miranda will serve as chair in 2026. Additionally, Representative Junelle Cavero of Phoenix was elected Caucus Treasurer and Representative Betty Villegas of Tucson was elected Caucus Secretary.

Representative Lydia Hernandez, Co-Chair, said: “Arizona is at a critical juncture, along with the rest of the nation. Our Latino community is under tremendous political pressure in Arizona, where we remain the largest and fastest-growing community. We are a fierce force of contributors to our economy via labor and two million consumers. It is imperative that we as Latino legislators champion the issues critical to our growing communities: Education, jobs, healthcare, infrastructure, and immigration. To that end, we are committed to working with all Arizona stakeholders, our families deserve it.”
