Expanding its telehealth services, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ) announces the BlueCare Anywhere program to connect its customers with affordable and convenient services from their phones or mobile devices. BlueCare Anywhere is now available to qualifying BCBSAZ members.1

Telehealth not only saves on out-of-pocket costs, it provides individuals and their families an immediate option for care rather than scheduling a traditional office visit. Telehealth’s virtual visits allow help wherever it’s needed, at any time.

They have a direct line to services day or night.”

This enriched telehealth program can be easily accessed at bluecareanywhereaz.com or through the mobile app. BlueCare Anywhere focuses on three areas of care – medical, counseling, and psychiatry.

  • Medical covers common ailments such as allergies, bronchitis, strep throat, urinary tract infection, sinus infection, pink-eye, rashes, and the stomach flu.
  • Counseling services address anxiety, stress, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), insomnia, depression, bereavement, and couples therapy.
  • Anorexia, bulimia, insomnia, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, and panic attacks are examples of care under psychiatry.
