Cynthia Walter has been promoted to president at Bagnall.
She joined Bagnall in May 2006 as vice president account management and chief operating officer. After eight years with the company, Cynthia is ready to take the helm. She currently manages the overall day to day operations of the company in addition to servicing a book of business. She has a strong background in Administrative Services Only (ASO/Self-Funded), Minimum Premium, and Fully Insured arrangements. Cynthia became part owner of the company in 2008, so this is a natural progression.
Cynthia’s vision for the company is “At Bagnall You’re Our World.” This tagline is featured in the company’s new marketing campaign that is underway now and tied to its 20th anniversary celebration.
She said, “Our team goes above and beyond to service clients and we want them to feel like they are the center of our world. Without our customers and our dedicated employees, we would have no company.”
Cynthia has her RHU (Registered Health Underwriter) and REBC (Registered Employee Benefit Consultant) employee benefits industry designations. She is a member of the 100+ Women Who Care Valley of the Sun (Ahwatukee Chapter) and Vistage International, the world’s leading CEO peer advisory membership organization. She graduated from the ASU Barrett Honors’ College and College of Business in 2001.
Mark Bagnall who founded the company and served as president, will remain intimately involved in the business as CEO.
