Esperança added Justin Niedzialek to the Phoenix-based nonprofit’s board of directors.
Niedzialek is a member with The Cavanagh Law Firm. He’ has practiced law for eight years and currently focuses on labor and employment law. He also has experience with commercial litigation, bankruptcy, trustee’s sales, judicial foreclosures, creditor’s rights and land use/eminent domain.
Esperança provides programs to improve the health and well being of the world’s poor.
The nonprofit provides volunteer surgical missions, health education, training of community health workers, home building, clean water projects, micro enterprise, agricultural development, dental treatment and prevention programs, and sends donated medical equipment and supplies to project sites around the world.
Niedzialek graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minors in Business Administration and Communication Studies. Justin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.
