The Desert Botanical Garden Foundation elected Fennemore Craig’s nonprofit and tax-exempt practice group chair, Laura Lo Bianco, to its Board of Directors.
“Service to the communities in which we live and work is an important aspect of our firm’s culture,” said Steve Good, managing partner of Fennemore Craig. “We congratulate Laura on her election to the Desert Botanical Garden Foundation board, and we applaud her efforts to help further that organization’s important mission.”
Lo Bianco’s experience includes business counseling, the formation of organizations, including non-profit, tax-exempt organizations and limited liability companies, corporate governance and maintenance of requisite organizational records. She was named in Best Lawyers in America, Lawyer of the Year, Non-Profit/Charities Law in 2016. Lo Bianco earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and her B.S. from Arizona State University.
For more than 70 years, the Desert Botanical Garden has been teaching and inspiring visitors from the local community and around the world, providing research, exhibits and more designed to help us understand, protect and preserve the desert’s natural beauty.
