As one of the fastest-growing areas in the country, Arizona has shown a noticeable increase in commercial and residential construction litigation over the past few years. Jones, Skelton & Hochuli expands their Construction Litigation team with the addition of John M. Gregory.
Mr. Gregory is an Associate with Jones, Skelton & Hochuli and serves as an Executive Board Member for the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel Young Lawyers Division, where he is also Social Media Chair. Mr. Gregory received his law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2013. In law school, he was a member of the Business Law Society, treasurer of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and editor-in-chief of the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy. He was also the recipient of the Dean’s Recognition Award upon graduation.
The Jones, Skelton & Hochuli construction team represents general contractors, subcontractors, builders, owners, engineers, architects, or insurers in matters relating to construction defect litigation, dispute resolution, risk management and insurance coverage analysis, drafting and review of construction-related agreements and documents, surety and fidelity bond defense and liens. They frequently present educational seminars on defense of construction defect cases and related case law.
