Magdalena Osborn has joined the firm, Lovitt & Touché, as vice president, general counsel. She will oversee the firm’s strategic and tactical legal activities, and assist with operational strategies and initiatives.
Osborn has 13 years of experience in numerous practice areas including contract law, employer compliance, employment and labor law, health law, human resources and litigation. Prior to joining Lovitt & Touché, she served as an employment lawyer at Rusing, Lopez & Lizardi in Tucson. She also practiced law with Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, as well as Gust Rosenfeld.

Osborn was selected by the Arizona State Bar to attend its Leadership Institute and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. She is also on the Continuing Legal Education committee for the Employment and Labor Law Section of the Arizona State Bar, as well as a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Tucson Defense Bar Association (past president).
Throughout her career, Osborn has spoken on numerous HR, health care, employment law, and state and federal compliance topics, including seminars with the National Business Institute, Sterling Education Services and Lorman Education Services.
Osborn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law.
She is based at the company’s Tempe office. Lovitt & Touché has additional locations in Tucson and Las Vegas.
