Knoodle experiences substantial growth in 2019
The Valley’s foremost authority on advertising and brand strategy, knoodle, has announced a number of new clients joining the agency’s roster in the fourth quarter of 2019. Amid a period of considerable growth for the agency, including the new addition of Chief Creative Officer John Meyer, knoodle is now the agency of record for two new clients—Queen Creek Olive Mill, United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona, and signed on to work with Phoenix Children’s Hospital on a number of new initiatives.
The three new additions join the Phoenix-based advertising agency’s already impressive ranks that include some of the Valley and the region’s most recognizable brands, such as Fulton Homes, Old Town Scottsdale Rodeo Museum, the city of Fountain Hills and more.
Now in its 20th year, knoodle is a venerated leader within Phoenix’s burgeoning advertising and creative circuits—providing an integrated mix of branding, creative design, digital marketing, content creation, paid media, and social media services for the agency’s newest clients.
“Knoodle is at a really exciting turning point, and with our new direction, we are thrilled to be partnering with such amazing local community pillars to help further their visions. This is some of the most gratifying work our agency has ever been a part of” says Rosaria Cain, founder and CEO of knoodle.
“We’re primed to bring beloved brands like Queen Creek Olive Mill and UCP of Central Arizona to life with some of the creative work we’re doing. I can’t wait to show more of what we’ve been up to,” adds Meyer.
Earlier this spring, knoodle came away with a Gold award at Phoenix’s local ADDY awards ceremony for best out-of-home guerilla marketing campaign for online housing marketplace, Homie.
Goettl grows in California markets
Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing (“Goettl”), one of the largest providers of residential HVAC and plumbing services in the Southwest United States, announced the acquisition of Dutton Plumbing, a leading provider of plumbing and drain services in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
Located in Simi Valley, California, Dutton Plumbing (“Dutton”) provides dedicated and dependable plumbing and drain services to approximately 10,000 homeowners annually. New digital mortgage company launches out of Arizona
Minute Mortgage, Arizona’s newest mortgage company, has released an integrated digital lending platform that offers a virtual mortgage experience for today’s online-savvy consumer.
“Traditional mortgage lenders are still putting home buyers through an outdated loan process that demands too much of the buyer’s time and money,” says Brooke Dalzell, director of production at Minute Mortgage. “Speed, savings and expertise are the three elements that separate Minute Mortgage from those home loan lenders.”
Minute Mortgage’s streamlined process eliminates 80% of the work required by customers and loan officers, making it possible for the company to close loans faster than traditional mortgage lenders.
“Dealing with stacks of paperwork is a thing of the past for loan applicants as our clients simply snap a picture of a required document and upload it via our mobile app or website,” adds Dalzell.
While the company prides itself on the capability of providing a fully-digital experience, there are also highly-trained lending officers behind the technology. Minute Mortgage staffs a team of mortgage experts who are available to help customers who prefer additional guidance and communication throughout the process.
“Our customers aren’t handed off to the first-available call center employee,” noted Minute Mortgage Director of Operations John Suggs. “Customers who call in get one dedicated loan specialist to work with them throughout their entire mortgage or refinance process.”
