The Phoenix office of Sperry Van Ness announced the addition of Carrick Sears, multi-family specialist, to its team.
Carrick has been in the real estate business since 2004 and has extensive knowledge and experience in both real estate and finance.
Carrick graduated from Saint Mary’s College and launched his career in corporate finance. He has worked with such major brands as Longs Drugs/CVS, DHL Worldwide Express, Hewlett Packard, Gap and U-Haul in both a corporate finance planning and real estate capacity.
Carrick received his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and chose a post-MBA career with Keller Williams Commercial in 2009.
“With Carrick’s background and education, he will be a great addition to our multi-family team,” says Neil Sherman, a partner in the Phoenix office.
Carrick earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2011 to further enhance his analytic and consulting skills. He is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Lambda Alpha International and CoreNet Global.
He also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Teen Leadership Program.
