Chad Clark joins Knight Management

Knight Management, a leading commercial property management firm in Metro Phoenix for more than 40 years, has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Chad Clark as regional director, business development.

Mr. Clark is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for Knight, which focuses on generating and marketing new business opportunities to the commercial office, medical, retail and industrial real estate property management community. 

He brings a broad level of expertise in the real estate industry to establish and implement business development prospects with brokers, financial leaders, wealth managers, independent property owners and other referral sources.

ARA Newmark expands  presence in Phoenix

ARA, A Newmark Company (ARA Newmark) announces the addition of Brett Polachek as senior managing director, responsible for originating and managing multifamily investment sales across Arizona. Mr. Polachek will work closely with Executive Managing Director Brad Goff, a veteran in the Phoenix multifamily market.

With almost 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Polachek holds strong relationships with both private and institutional clients and possesses a career investment sales record of over 30,000 units and $2 billion in multifamily assets.

Hoffman Strategy Group adds a partner

W.E. O’Neil Construction names senior project manager

W.E. O’Neil announced the addition of Lee Andrews to its team of construction professionals. Lee will serve in the role of Senior Project Manager inW.E. O’Neil’s Phoenix office.

With a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, Lee brings 25 years of experience in local construction market. During his professional career, he has served in the roles of Project Engineer, Preconstruction/Estimating and Construction Management. Lee’s background includes of all types of construction, with extensive experience in the Entertainment, Residential, Hospitality, Retail and Education markets.
