Effective immediately, Folger and Sampson become Associate brokers based in the company’s Phoenix office. They will continue to focus on their specialty of office landlord and tenant representation while also helping the company expand its footprint across Arizona.
“We are happy to have Jeff and Drew join our team,” comments Seale. “They will provide office agency leasing and tenant representation services and will help facilitate the leasing goals and objectives of our corporate and institutional office owners throughout Arizona. We are excited to grow our Arizona operations and expand this critical service line within our full-service menu of brokerage services.”
Folger and Sampson will work closely with the office’s two top-producing Principals, Seale and Wally Hale.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Folger spent two years working in commercial brokerage in Baton Rouge, LA. Originally from the Valley, he moved back to Arizona in 2018 to join Avison Young and focus his career on his dynamic hometown.
Adds Hale: “Jeff Folger is strategic, driven and takes great pride in exceeding his client’s expectations.”

Sampson has more than a decade of successful sales and marketing experience and comes to Avison Young from Schaeffer’s Oil, where he focused on business development. Growth will not stop there, as Avison Young’s Arizona region is looking to add more brokers and professionals to further strengthen its brokerage, project management, property management and facilities maintenance service lines in 2019.”
