Colliers adds dynamic team to Phoenix office

Colliers International in Greater Phoenix has expanded its expertise with the addition of Keri Scott, Golden St. John and Pat Moroney.  This dynamic team has a broad range of experience that uniquely positions them to handle clients’ real estate needs within the industrial, office and retail service lines.

The team currently specializes in the leasing of small to mid-sized industrial and flex properties as well as local and national tenant representation. Along with the expertise Scott, St. John and Moroney bring to industrial, flex office and retail brokerage, they also have experience in build to suit developments, building purchases, sales and work hand in hand with their property managers.  During 2017, the team completed approximately 136 transactions

amongst their local, regional and national clients. 

Keri Scott specializes in tenant representation as well as leasing and sales of industrial and flex office properties.  Her background includes extensive property management experience, accounting, site selection and valuation having started her commercial real estate career in 2008 within the property management field.  Since transitioning to brokerage in 2012, Scott has built a sustainable book of business with both Landlords and Tenants.  Scott’s natural desire to build personal relationships and willingness to always go the extra mile has gained her the dedication of numerous clients. 

Golden St. John has nearly 15 years of commercial leasing, sales and tenant representation experience, encompassing lifestyle and entertainment driven retail, industrial and flex office service lines. St. John’s proficiency with communication, responsiveness, and his detail-oriented nature are just a few of the reasons he’s able to maintain a loyal client base.

Pat Moroney assists in all aspects of the team’s business, primarily focusing on

client development and tenant representation within the industrial and flex space service lines.  He works closely with clients, matching their needs with opportunities in the marketplace and coordinating transaction details.  Moroney holds a broadcast journalism degree from Arizona State University and was a sports anchor in Iowa and Georgia before returning to his home state in 2017 to pursue a career in commercial real estate.

As a result of their reliability, integrity, and attention to detail, the Scott / St. John / Moroney team has developed numerous national Client relationships over the years, including the likes of GLP, Stockbridge Capital Group, Starboard Realty Partners, Dyson, BigTex Trailers and Glide Rite Corporation. 

Camelot Homes appoints sales and marketing director

Camelot Homes has appointed Trent Hancock to sales and marketing director. Hancock is part of the third generation of family members to lead Camelot Homes, one of the oldest, family-owned homebuilders in Arizona.

Hancock begins his new position at a time when Camelot Homes has found new success with White Horse, a luxury community in North Scottsdale near DC Ranch. More than half of the 50 lots have sold since the community’s grand opening in February. White Horse recently won Home of the Year, Best Single Family Detached Home, Best Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle for a Home at PCBC (Pacific Coast Builders Conference).

“We are thrilled Trent is moving into this leadership position at a time when Camelot Homes is expanding its investment in Arizona,” said Mark Hancock, managing director of Camelot Homes. “Trent brings on-the-ground sales experience and an artistic background to sales and marketing.”

Hancock has sold homes at Camelot’s communities for the past several years including White Horse, Adero Villas in Fountain Hills and Bocara in North Scottsdale. He will oversee the eight-person sales and marketing team.

It is an honor to join my family in leading Camelot Homes into the future,” said Trent Hancock. “Homebuilding is a creative business, heavily focused on interactions with people. Fennemore Craig hires underscore commitment to innovation

Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West business law firm, announced two new hires to the firm’s administrative team: Robyn Itule, Marketing Director and Emily Garcia, Knowledge Manager. The two roles are part of a growth and innovation initiative in the firm, to bring discipline-specific knowledge to the 133 year old law firm’s operations.

Itule joined the firm in July as Marketing Director and will lead brand communications, digital marketing campaigns and business development initiatives. Garcia joined the firm as Knowledge Manager and will support internal clients through the firm’s knowledge management services programs.

Itule brings more than 13 years of experience with a focus on public relations, social media, content marketing and branding. Prior to joining the firm, she was Senior Manager of Brand, Content and Communications at Tempe, Arizona-based Insight, a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider. Itule earned her B.A. from Gonzaga University.

Garcia, a Certified Knowledge Manager, was previously a Tax Knowledge Management Manager at Grant Thornton, where she served as a strategic knowledge management advisor and assisted practitioners in accessing tax knowledge content.
