Marybeth Webb joins Colliers International
Marybeth Webb has joined the Corporate Services group at Colliers International in Arizona’s Phoenix office. Webb comes to Colliers from IBM Corporation, where she held executive leadership roles in business development, analytics and software. She will serve as Vice President of Strategy and Innovation, teaming with Bill Owens, executive vice president of the company.

Webb will be responsible for the strategic development and business outcomes of Colliers International’s corporate services work. The goal of the group is to optimize real estate asset positions while increasing workforce satisfaction and productivity.
Digital Current adds industry leaders
Digital Current, a performance-driven digital marketing agency, announced today that veteran marketing and management executive Jason Prentice joins the team as chief operating officer. Scott Elser, who joined Digital Current in February 2018 as president and chief operating officer, steps into the role of chief executive officer.
Jason brings two decades of experience to his role as Digital Current’s COO. Most recently, he served as the vice president of business operations and digital solutions at OH Partners in Phoenix, at which he managed growth in excess of 100 percent per year, from 36 to more than 140 employees in 24 months.

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Phoenix names new GM
Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Phoenix, formerly Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix and Arizona’s largest waterpark, announced Donald Spiller as the park’s new General Manager. In his role, Spiller—who most recently served for five years as operations director for Six Flags Magic Mountain in Los Angeles, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the newly acquired park, building upon the world-renowned Six Flags brand of thrilling entertainment for guests of all ages.
“I am excited to lead the experienced team at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Phoenix,” Spiller shared. “It is a wonderful opportunity to be part of the top waterpark destination in the state, and I look forward to enhancing and improving the park experience through Six Flags’ investment and unparalleled expertise.”
Spiller brings extensive management and theme park experience to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Phoenix, including more than a decade in senior leadership with Six Flags. Prior to his promotion to Operations Director, Spiller served as Operations Manager for six years and took his first position with Six Flags in 1993, as a seasonal ride operator.
World View appoints CEO
World View, the stratospheric technology company, is pleased to announce that the company’s Board of Directors has appointed Ryan Hartman as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately.
Prior to joining World View, Mr. Hartman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Insitu, a pioneer in the design, development and manufacturing of unmanned aircraft systems for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance in military and commercial applications. Mr. Hartman brings over 20 years of experience in unmanned flight systems and aerial remote sensing to World View.
At World View, Mr. Hartman will lead the company’s transformation from technology development to scaled operations and productization, with a key focus on delivering customer value. World View’s Stratollite is designed to be a long-endurance stratospheric flight vehicle capable of loitering over areas of interest for remote sensing and communications.
Transwestern hires Justin Himelstein
Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it has hired Justin Himelstein, who brings 15 years of industry experience, to serve as Senior Vice President and lead the firm’s Occupier Solutions group in Phoenix. Himelstein plans to quickly recruit additional team members to support the Phoenix office’s strategic expansion. Transwestern is focused on curating a collaborative, cohesive, and inclusive environment with brokers steeped in industry experience and team members with deep financial and business expertise.
During his career, Himelstein has been involved with more than 700 transactions for a total consideration exceeding $1 billion. He previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a member of the Tenant Advisory Group within the office division.
