Colliers expands and relocates Flagstaff office

Colliers International in Arizona has expanded and relocated its Flagstaff office to a new location at 1150 N. San Francisco St.  Colliers International, an internationally recognized, full-service real estate company, established a Flagstaff office in 2018. 

Colliers International operates offices in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Flagstaff.  The company’s professionals serve clients across a broad range of property and business types. Colliers International leased 2,500 square feet of space and took occupancy of the new suite October 1.  The Flagstaff team includes associate broker Dennis Kelly, Kevin Call and Stephen Thompson.

“We’re excited about the possibilities in our new location”, said Dennis Kelly, senior vice president, “The building is more expansive, allowing us to provide a broader range of services including conference meeting space for clients and professional association groups.”

Kelly has more than 40 years of real estate brokerage and management experience, focusing exclusively on commercial real estate brokerage, development, sales, leasing and property management for the past 15 years.

Call specializes in business and commercial property brokerage across Northern Arizona. With more than 30 years of CPA experience, Kevin serves as a strategic advisor to business sellers and buyers, guiding them through the often-complex process of completing successful business sale transactions.

Thompson specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties across Northern Arizona, representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. He was previously with a large regional full-service law firm where his areas of focus included commercial real estate law.

Rusing Lopez & Lizardi makes announcements

Rusing Lopez & Lizardi has named Robert J. Lloyd as a partner in the firm and James F. Morrow joins RLL as senior counsel.

Lloyd has practiced law for nearly 40 years and was Senior Counsel at RLL prior to being named a partner. Lloyd’s practice has focused on corporate, securities and tax law. He has represented publicly traded clients and served as counsel to corporate boards of directors of public entities. He also spent eight years as general counsel for publicly traded clients in the mining industry.

His practice has also included contracts, business formation and corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, equity incentive plans, technology joint ventures and technology development agreements.

Lloyd is admitted to the State Bars of Arizona and New Hampshire. He holds a business degree from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Law from Boston University, and he earned his juris doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

Morrow has been practicing law since 1973 after earning his law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. He most recently was in the real estate practice group at the national law firm of Quarles & Brady where his practice focused on commercial lending and real estate. He also has extensive experience in real estate matters on Native-American land representing tribes, developers and lenders.

Notable projects and representation include the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale, financing for the Arizona Coyotes National Hockey League franchise, time share resorts in Las Vegas and Hawaii, and tribal resorts and casinos in Arizona and Wisconsin.

Riviera Broadcasting adds Art Morales

Riviera Broadcasting has announced Phoenix market veteran, Art Morales, has accepted the position of Vice President of Sales. With over 20 years of management experience, Morales provides extensive market knowledge and sales expertise, and he is widely recognized as one of the premier sales and marketing leaders in Phoenix. 

Morales has been consulting various businesses over the past two years, including Riviera, where he developed a team of automotive specialists, focused on creating marketing solutions for dealerships, ownership groups, and manufacturer dealer groups. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales and Automotive Partnerships for the Arizona region for iHeart Media. Throughout his long and successful career, he has also held positions of Senior VP of Sales – iHeart Media Minneapolis; General Sales Manager – iHeart Media Phoenix; and General Sales Manager – Sandusky/Phoenix.   “What a great opportunity this is to continue working with the innovative team at Riviera.
