Delta Dental of Arizona promotes Scott A. Pederson

Delta Dental of Arizona announced the promotion of Scottsdale resident Scott A. Pederson from vice president of marketing and communications to chief marketing officer. In this role, Pederson will continue to drive the company’s steady growth by building upon the strength of the Delta Dental brand, driving awareness to what makes Delta Dental of Arizona unique in the Valley, and bringing value to all who interact with the brand. As CMO, Pederson will bring a renewed focus to key marketing initiatives including highly targeted digital campaigns and content marketing.

Pederson joined the Delta Dental team in February of 2016. He brings more than 35 years of diverse, senior-level marketing, brand and communications experience at top Fortune 500 companies, including UnitedHealthcare, American Express, Best Buy and IBM to the chief marketing officer role.

Dr. Jeffrey Siegel joins notMYkid board of directors

notMYkid, a non-profit dedicated to inspiring positive life choices by educating individuals and communities about the consequences of destructive youth behaviors, announced Jeffrey Siegel, M.D. has joined the organization’s Board of Directors.  

“We’re honored Dr. Siegel has decided to join our board,” said notMYkid Board Chairman Seth Leibsohn. “He is a well-known pediatrician in the Valley who is dedicated to integrating behavioral health into his medical practice. His expertise and knowledge will be extremely beneficial to our board.” 

Dr. Siegel has been practicing general pediatrics at North Scottsdale Pediatrics since 1998. He attended Washington University, University of Missouri School of Medicine and trained at Babies Hospital at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has the distinction of being named a Top Doc by Phoenix Magazine for over 10 years.    

Dr. Siegel has a special interest in taking care of children and adolescents with mental health challenges including adhd, anxiety and depression. He also has an interest in gifted children and gifted education. His two boys have attended Grayhawk Elementary, Desert Cove self-contained gifted program, Explorer Middle School and Pinnacle High School. He has been married for 24 years and plays drums in the rock band The Flippin Switches.  

Chandler Realtor Joseph Curtis joins Platinum Living Realty

Platinum Living Realty, an independent luxury real estate brokerage with four offices across Arizona, announced Joseph Curtis has joined the brokerage. Curtis currently resides in Chandler, Arizona, and has been dedicated to serving the East Valley community since 2017. Prior to becoming a realtor, Curtis spent nearly two decades in the hospitality industry and now applies his skills in world-class customer service to his career in real estate.

Peoria Realtor Haley Schuster joins Platinum Living Realty

Platinum Living Realty announced Haley Schuster has joined the brokerage. Before starting her career in real estate, Haley spent ten years working in hospitality where she honed her skills in customer and client service.

“Haley has a true passion for real estate,” said Michelle Macklin, co-owner of Platinum Living Realty. “Her energetic and outgoing personality makes the home buying or selling process much easier and more enjoyable for her clients.”

Schuster, whose husband is a former Marine and current police officer, has a policy of giving 25% of her commission back towards the closing cost to every first responder and veteran that she works with.

“I believe in giving back to the men and women who serve us every day,” said Schuster. “Giving back 25% of my commission to first responders and veterans is the least I can do to honor the commitment that these individuals make to our community and country to ensure that they have a house they’re proud to call home.”

A born-and-raised Arizonan, Schuster currently resides in Peoria, Arizona, with her husband and two sons.

Phoenix Realtor Candice Clark-Boller joins Platinum Living Realty

Platinum Living Realty announced Candice Clark-Boller has joined the brokerage. Prior to launching a career in real estate, Clark-Boller worked for eighteen years in the areas of customer service and sales with Avnet and other organizations.

Clark-Boller grew up on Long Island and moved to the Phoenix area as a teenager. She currently resides in Central Phoenix and enjoys spending time with her family and two young daughters. She also has a passion for healthy food and maintains her own garden.
