Executive director of corporate relations hired for Tech Parks Arizona
Tech Parks Arizona announced the expansion of the University of Arizona (UA) Tech Parks Arizona team with the appointment of Lindsay Welch, as the Executive Director of Corporate Relations.
In her role, Welch will develop, plan and collaborate with team members to prospect for new business. She will lead development efforts that best address corporate needs and strategic initiatives that align with the priorities of Tech Parks Arizona. She will amplify national & international business relationships expanding the network that is provided by Tech Parks Arizona.
Lindsay Welch brings a vast amount of experience in community and business development through her past positions both professionally and personally. She is results driven and has a proven track record in revenue growth and business development. Welch holds a BA in marketing with an emphasis in education from the University of Phoenix. She obtained her education while supporting her husband in active duty service of 20 years.

Terracon announces Tracy Grover as line director
Terracon, a leading provider of environmental, facilities, geotechnical, and materials services, has named Tracy Grover as assistant materials service line director for the Western U.S., including 13 states from the West Coast through the Mountain States.
Grover joined Terracon in 2015 as Phoenix Materials department manager. Most recently, he served as senior consultant and regional services manager for Materials in Terracon’s Western operating group. Grover has more than 28 years of experience, including lab manager, materials department manager, office manager, regional services manager, and service line director roles with large engineering firms. He studied civil engineering at the University of Utah. Grover also serves as the current Chairman of ACI 311 Committee, Inspection of Concrete.
Frazer Ryan adds estate controversy attorney
Estate litigation attorney Jessica Dorvinen has joined Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold LLP.
Ms. Dorvinen is a member of the Bench & Bar Committee for the Maricopa County Bar Association and serves on the board of directors of the Biltmore Area Partnership and the Biltmore Area Partnership Foundation.
She earned her law degree at the University of Akron and has practiced in Arizona since 2011. She is also licensed to practice in Minnesota. Her experience includes probate and trust disputes, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, elder law, estate administration, commercial litigation and real estate disputes.

Scottsdale Realtor Bridgett Sechrest joins Platinum Living Realty
Platinum Living Realty, an independent luxury real estate brokerage with five offices across Arizona, announced that Bridgett Sechrest has joined the brokerage. With a background in office management and hospitality, Sechrest uses her professional and personable working style to help clients feel at ease throughout the home-buying or -selling process.

Sechrest was born Los Angeles and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, but has made Arizona her home for the past thirty years. She specializes in varying types of residential property including single-family homes, condos, investment properties and rentals across the Greater Phoenix area.

She has also spent the last eleven years as a board member for the Cherokee Elementary Association of Parents and Teachers and was involved in her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop for eight years.
Sarah Zenker joins Platinum Living Realty
