Skanska announced it has hired Scott Christensen as a senior project manager for its building business unit. A 25-year veteran of the Arizona construction industry, Christensen will primarily be focused on health care and higher education projects.
Christensen comes to Skanska after leading a major Arizona contractor’s special services group. He has a wealth of experience in the health care, education and commercial sectors, bringing a deep understanding of client needs within each.
He is certified in health care compliance (CHC) and is also a LEED® Accredited Professional. Christensen holds a bachelor degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from Drake University.
An active member of the local community, Christensen is development manager for Helping Hands for Freedom and is a former co-chair of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
