Smith Paknejad PLC recently welcomed attorney J. Phillip Glasscock to the firm. He joins the firm as “Senior Counsel” offering a broad variety of business law and estate planning services to businesses, business owners, key executives, property owners, families and individuals in the state of Arizona.
Glasscock brings his well-established business law and estate planning practice as well as over thirty years of experience to Smith Paknejad PLC. His practice includes general business and estate planning as well as real estate, buying and selling businesses, probate and trust litigation, employment law and related matters. Glasscock has worked with some of the best lawyers in the country and has successfully completed legal projects throughout the United States and abroad, including Russia, China, England, France, Germany, Spain and Sweden. Glasscock has successfully handled single transactions valued at hundreds of millions of dollars and successfully settled and tried several multi-million dollar legal cases.
Glasscock received his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the University of Wyoming and his Juris Doctor from the Arizona State University College of Law.
He remains active in the community and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Scottsdale Bar Association and Arizona Society of CPAs. He also served many years on the Paradise Valley Planning Committee and as Chairman of the Grenoble, France committee of the Phoenix Sister Cities Commission.
