Mallace joined Cox Media/Cox Communications in 1992 as a national sales manager and, since that time, has held a number of roles with increasing responsibility in Arizona, Atlanta and California. Mallace’s leadership and service also extends to the community, where she has served on Cox Charities and is on the boards for the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
