Sandra Wilken, founder, designated broker and private office advisor for leading luxury real estate firm Engel & Völkers Scottsdale, has been recognized as one of 2015’s “Top Women in Real Estate” by the Scottsdale Women’s Council of REALTORS®. The list recognizes the top female producers in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Award honorees were selected based on Maricopa County’s reported overall highest closed business volume over the past year, with 50 percent of those sales being in Scottsdale, Ariz. All recipients are female and members of the Scottsdale Women’s Council of REALTORS or a member of Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS.
Wilken was presented the award at the Inaugural Top Women in Real Estate Awards and Luncheon, which took place on Thursday, Sept. 17 at The Silverleaf Club.
“Being recognized by the Scottsdale Women’s Council of Realtors at a top woman in real estate is a great honor,” said Wilken. “It is humbling to be included in such a remarkable group of female industry-leaders.”
For more than two decades, Wilken has worked diligently to earn her firm’s (formerly known as Sandra Wilken Luxury Properties) standing as Arizona’s most exclusive, boutique luxury real estate firm. Through the years, Wilken has grown her network, representing buyers and sellers in Arizona’s most prestigious neighborhoods to create a unique, concierge-style service. With her famous “Little Black Book” of resources, Wilken and her 21 agents over the years have been able to sell the right home to the right buyer, at the right price time and time again.
In 2013, Wilken merged her well-known firm with the prestigious, European-based, Engel & Völkers brand in order to continue to attract the top advisors and to be a part of a global firm. Today, the firm attracts many European and Canadian clientele under the new brand, and still maintains its strong foothold within Arizona’s most distinguished neighborhoods.
