WESTMARC, the Western Maricopa Coalition, announced that Sintra Hoffman will be joining the organization as president and CEO, succeeding Richard Hubbard.
Hoffman comes to WESTMARC from ADOT where she has been a policy advisor to the director and leadership team and an assistant director on public affairs and local government outreach. She has also served as deputy city manager for the City of Surprise, where she was the chief negotiator for complex development agreements and intergovernmental agreements. She was also the team leader on successful lobbying effort that secured $22 million for State Route 303.
WESTMARC is a public-private partnership of the 15 communities, the business community and the educational sector in the West Valley of Greater Phoenix.
